{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Gary Carson1 ("appellant"), appeals from a judgment entered in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Second Baptist Church ("appellee" or "the church"), on appellant's quiet title action. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
