POWELL, P.J.

{¶ 1} When an order to complete treatment while on community control was unsuccessful, the Clermont County Common Pleas Court sent Gregory Lloyd Harper, Jr. to prison for 18 months. Harper appealed, claiming his community control violation was contrary to the evidence, his prison sentence was unsupported by the record, and his trial counsel was ineffective for being unprepared and failing to ask for a continuance...
