{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Darrell L. Clinard, filed February 4, 2010. On October 6, 2009, Clinard was granted judicial release from prison. Prior to the grant of judicial release, Clinard had been serving two consecutive one year terms.
