{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, D. Thomas Hayes ("Hayes" or "appellant"), appeals the judgment granted by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Ruffian, LLC ("Ruffian" or "appellee"), enforcing a settlement agreement and awarding attorney fees and expenses for frivolous conduct in accordance with R.C. 2323.51.
