{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the court of appeals denying a writ of quo warranto to oust appellee, Dwayne Wenninger, from the office of sheriff of Brown County and to order that appellant, Dennis J. Varnau, be entitled to the office. Because the court of appeals erred in holding that previous administrative determinations of the Brown County Board of Elections precluded the quo warranto action, we reverse...
