{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Terry Little, appeals from his convictions in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms.

{¶2} On the evening of July 30, 2007, Little entered a McDonald's restaurant on Oberlin Road and shot the victim in this case, Lewis Turner, in the back with a .380 caliber semiautomatic pistol. Little then fled McDonald's on foot and crossed...
