{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Reginald Poole ("Poole"), appeals his sentence. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.

{¶ 2} In 2001, a jury found Poole guilty of two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications. Poole pled guilty to a having weapon while under disability charge from the same case and the trial court sentenced him to a total aggregate sentence...
