JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

MARY EILEEN KILBANE, A.J.:

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Thomas L. Thomas ("Thomas"), appeals his convictions. Finding merit to the appeal, we affirm in part, reverse and vacate in part.

{¶ 2} In May 2009, Thomas was charged in a multi-count indictment for offenses committed during August 1, 2008 to April 19, 2009.Counts 1-10 charged him with the kidnapping of Jane Doe I.
