{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, L'Karron Freeman, appeals the trial court's decision granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company. The court found that Freeman's judgment lien on one-half of the property owned by defendants Alter and Lynder Boswell was junior to Deutsche Bank's mortgage lien on the same property.
