SHAW, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Joseph Seaunier ("Seaunier"), appeals the March 5, 2010, judgment of the Marrysville Municipal Court, finding him guilty of one count of aggravated menacing in violation of R.C. 2903.21(A) and sentencing him to ninety days in jail.
