{¶1} Intervenor-plaintiff-appellant, Mary Louis Lewis, appeals pro se from the Warren County Court of Common Pleas decision granting summary judgment to plaintiffappellee, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. f.k.a. Countrywide Funding Corporation d.b.a. America's Wholesale Lender (Countrywide). For the reasons outlined below, we affirm.
