{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Jerry Adams III, appeals from his conviction and sentence in the Butler County Common Pleas Court for aggravated murder, a firearm specification, a specification for purposely or knowingly causing the death of another by discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle, and having weapons while under disability.
