{¶ 1} Appellants, Estate of William R. Barney, Jr., the William R. Barney Trust, and Caroline Barney (hereinafter collectively referred to as "appellants"), appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee, McIntyre, Kahn, & Kruse Co., LPA ("MKK"). For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm.
