{¶1} This set of appeals concerns a dispute over proceeds from a deceased's $750,000 insurance policy on the life of Eric A. Snyder. Appellee Kristin Lee Anderson is Snyder's widow, and also the administrator of his estate. Appellant Christina A. Snyder is the deceased's ex-wife, who also gave birth to his three daughters.
