{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Kendell Moore ("defendant") appeals his convictions for rape, gross sexual imposition, and kidnapping and his accompanying ten year prison sentence. After reviewing the facts of the case and pertinent law, we reverse and remand for a new trial.
