{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Pamela J. Witzmann 1 appeals a jury verdict for defendant-appellee Dr. Jeffrey S. Adam2 on her claim for medical malpractice. During a left thyroid lobectomy (partial thyroidectomy) that Adam performed on Witzmann he unknowingly injured her left recurrent laryngeal nerve.
