{¶1} In this wrongful death action, Rebecca Pierce, Administratrix of the Estate of Bret Pierce, appeals the decision granting summary judgment in favor of Athens Towing and Recovery Ltd. After Athens Towing removed a vehicle that was illegally parked, Tommy Bishop and others went to the impound lot to retrieve the vehicle. Athens Towing released the vehicle to Bishop, who was allegedly visibly intoxicated...
