{¶ 1} "1) Plaintiff, Ronald Bloodworth, an inmate incarcerated at defendant, London Correctional Institution (LoCI), filed this action alleging his Wahl beard trimmers were lost or stolen as a proximate cause of negligence on the part of LoCI staff in exercising control over the item at sometime between May 19, 2009 to June 3, 2009.
