{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, Teresa Schmiedebusch and Steven Schmiedebusch, were jointly tried and convicted by a jury on one count of failure to obey an order to abate a public nuisance in violation of Toledo Municipal Code 1726.08(a), a misdemeanor of the third degree.
