RINGLAND, J.

{¶1} Appellant, A.G.B., appeals from the decision of the Madison County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, denying his motion to dismiss and adjudicating him a juvenile traffic offender. For the reason outlined below, we affirm.
