OPINION

YOUNG, P.J.

{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals a decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas granting the motion to suppress of defendant-appellee, Darren Runyon. Because we conclude that Runyon's constitutional rights were not violated, we reverse the decision of the trial court.
