{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Craig McAdams, appeals from the Judgment Entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, sentencing him to a total term of imprisonment of ten years for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated (OVI). For the following reasons, we affirm and remand the decision of the trial court, with instructions for the trial court to issue a nunc pro tunc entry.
