{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Michelle Rice, filed January 21, 2010. On September 9, 2009, Rice was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property, in violation of R.C. 2913.51(A), and two counts of forgery, in violation of R.C. 2913.31(A)(1), all felonies of the fifth degree.
