Hulett, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), contending her 2007 Pontiac G6 was damaged as a proximate cause of negligence on the part of ODOT in maintaining a hazardous condition on the entrance ramp to Interstate 75 from State Route 63 in Warren County.
