{¶1} Mother-Appellant, Darlene Lynch, appeals from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Wyandot County, Probate Division, approving a $500,000 settlement amount on a wrongful death claim pertaining to her deceased daughter, Dashelle Lynch, and distributing $2,000 of the settlement amount to her, with the remainder being distributed to Dashelle's Father, Wayne Lynch, after the payment of attorney fees, court costs...
