Sealy ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of one count of aggravated murder, seven counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of robbery, and one count of failure to comply with the order of a police officer, along with the firearm specifications contained in each count.
