{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Ronald and Charlotte Wallington (collectively referred to as "the Wallingtons"), appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Michelle Hageman, trustee of the Stella Radschuk Trust ("Hageman").
