DECISION

FRENCH, J.

{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Susan Dalesandro and Joseph Conti (collectively, "appellants"), appeal the judgment of the Court of Claims of Ohio, in favor of defendant-appellee, Ohio Department of Transportation ("ODOT"), based on its determination that appellants' claim was untimely. For the following reasons, we affirm.
