{¶1} William Hutchen appeals from the denial of his August 5, 2009 application for the expungement of his February 15, 1964 conviction for carrying a concealed weapon. Hutchen and a codefendant were convicted of the same charge in consolidated cases, and Hutchen was sentenced to a suspended term of six months in jail and fined $500, $400 of which was suspended. The Clark County Court of Common Pleas denied Hutchen's application...
