{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Deshaun Huntley appeals from his conviction and sentence for Gross Sexual Imposition of a person under the age of thirteen, in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(4). Huntley contends that the trial court erred in allowing a minor victim to testify, and that trial counsel was ineffective for: (1) failing to object to the admission of the minor's testimony without a competency hearing and finding of competency...
