{¶1} Defendant-Appellants, Sooso, Inc. ("Sooso") and Samie Salti, appeal from the judgment of the Avon Lake Municipal Court in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee, Timepayments Corp. ("Timepayments"). This Court affirms.
