{¶1} On May 14, 2009, the Richland County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Daniel Reese, on one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer in violation of R.C. 2921.331(B) and one count of tampering with evidence in violation of R.C. 2921.12(A)(1).
