{¶1} Jonathon Collins appeals his sentence for one count of escape. Collins was arrested and indicted after fleeing from police officers and spitting on one of them. He later pleaded guilty but was placed in an "intervention in lieu of conviction" program, the successful completion of which would have earned him a dismissal. After he failed to complete the treatment program, the court found him guilty...
