{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Timothy C. Garnett ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of carrying a concealed weapon, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, and having a weapon under disability. For the reasons that follow, we affirm that judgment.
