{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Ronald Hawk, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), contending his 1997 Ford Ranger truck was damaged as a proximate cause of negligence on the part of ODOT in maintaining a hazardous debris condition on US Route 33 in Athens County.
