JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

MARY J. BOYLE, J.

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, state of Ohio, appeals from a judgment granting the suppression motion of defendant-appellee, Johnny Dickerson. The state raises one issue for our review:

{¶ 2} "The trial court erred in granting the motion to suppress where the evidence in this case indicates that the search of appellee's automobile was based upon probable cause."
