{¶1} On October 13, 2008, appellant, Aubrey Williams, was charged with one count of theft in violation of R.C. 2913.02 and one count of criminal trespass in violation of R.C. 2911.21 (Case No. 2008CRB02368). On December 4, 2008, appellant pled no contest to the charges. The trial court found appellant guilty and sentenced him to an aggregate term of one hundred eighty days in jail, all but 60 days suspended. Appellant...
