{¶1} Appellants, Rodney Olenchick,1 Leonard Forinash, and Susan M. Haffey, appeal the June 15, 2009 judgment entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas denying their motion for summary judgment against appellee's claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress. We affirm.
