INTRODUCTION

{¶ 1} Douglas and Molly Sandorf married in 1989 and divorced in 2004. They have two children. At the time of their divorce, the Sandorfs entered into a shared-parenting plan. The plan named both of them as a residential parent for both children and split their parenting time almost equally. Mr. Sandorf agreed to pay Ms. Sandorf $161.50 per month in child support and to provide health insurance for the children....
