{¶ 1} After the trial court overruled his motion to suppress evidence, John Whitt pled no contest in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas to trafficking in powder cocaine in an amount greater than 100 grams, a second degree felony. The trial court found him guilty and sentenced him to the maximum term of eight years in prison, a mandatory $7,500 fine, and a five-year driver's license suspension...
