{¶ 1} Appellant, Angela Arde, appeals the decision of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, sentencing Arde to nine years in prison, which was longer than the three-year sentence agreed upon in Arde's plea agreement. Arde contends that she was required only to comply with the rules set out by the court in order to receive her agreed prison term, and since she did comply, she should have received the agreed prison term.
