{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Elizabeth Powell ("Powell"), appeals the trial court's dismissal of her complaint against defendant-appellee, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. ("Wal-Mart"). Finding merit to the appeal, we reverse.
