INTRODUCTION

{¶1} Erron Jones got into a fight with Harvey Bell after Mr. Bell insulted him. An hour or two after the fight, Mr. Bell died from asphyxiation. An autopsy revealed that blunt force trauma fractured his larynx and caused it to lose its rigidity. The trauma also caused bleeding and swelling within the larynx, reducing the passageway for air.
