{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Seth Dean, appeals from the Judgment Entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, resentencing him to a seven-year term of imprisonment for the merged charges of Aggravated Robbery and Felonious Assault and to an additional term of seven years for the charge of Kidnapping.
