{¶ 1} Appellant Norris, LLC, d.b.a. Christopher Norris Photographers ("Norris"), appeals the judgment of the Parma Municipal Court in favor of Meredith Daney ("Ms. Daney"). For the reasons set forth herein, we reverse.
