{¶1} Relator, Thomas J. Tindira, commenced this original action requesting a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund ("OP&F" or "respondents") and Board of Trustees of the Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund ("Board" or "respondents"), to vacate the order denying his application for disability retirement benefits and issue an order granting such benefits.
