{¶1} Appellants, the City of Kent and the City of Kent Board of Zoning Appeals (collectively "Kent"), appeal the decision of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, reversing the Board of Zoning Appeals' ("BZA") denial of an area variance in favor of appellee, Merle Kuhns. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the lower court.
