OPINION
FAIN, J.
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant John D. Israel appeals from his conviction and sentence for Gross Sexual Imposition of a person under the age of thirteen, in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(4). Israel contends that the evidence is not sufficient to support a conviction, that his conviction is against the manifest weight of the evidence, and that the trial court erred in imposing the maximum sentence.
