{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Lyman W. Lincoln appeals a decision of the Kettering Municipal Court overruling his objections and affirming the decision of the magistrate. The judgment affirming the decision of the magistrate was issued by the trial court on December 30, 2009.
