{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Percy Cochran appeals from his conviction and sentence for Felonious Assault. Cochran argues that the trial court committed plain error in allowing extensive evidence about the damage that Cochran caused to Melissa Nichols's personal property to be admitted into evidence.
